1. Open Small Business (Demo) and find Retail sales, a monthly inflow from Downtown Cafe.
2. On the Cash matrix, follow its occurrences across a full year: the monthly amount rises and falls on the seasonal pattern.
3. Compare it with Wholesale orders, a steadier inflow that instead carries a confidence band (a first taste of confidence).
