Enterprise: intercompany transfers and scope netting

The flagship funds two subsidiaries from the parent. The same transfers look like cash leaving at the parent alone, but net to zero across the group.

1. Find Intercompany funding to East: an outflow from Operating (parent) into East Operating (Enterprise Group - Subsidiary East (Demo)).
2. And Intercompany funding to West: parent Operating into West Operating (Enterprise Group - Subsidiary West (Demo)).
3. Project Enterprise Group - Parent (Demo) alone: both fundings look like cash leaving.
4. Add both subsidiaries to the projection scope. At the group scope every intercompany outflow meets its matching inflow and nets to zero: the cash never left the group.
