Scenarios and what-if

A scenario is a named what-if pool. Any forecast entry, definition, or invoice can be tagged to a scenario instead of the base (committed) pool, so you can model a possible future without disturbing your committed plan.

A projection includes the base pool plus whichever scenarios you select, so you can compare committed-only against committed-plus-a-plan. The enterprise demo holds a planned buildout, New region buildout (planned), in the Expansion plan (what-if) scenario: it is excluded from the base projection until you select it.

Deleting a scenario never deletes its items; they simply fall back to the committed pool. A plan you commit becomes part of the base.
