Reports summarize a period; alerts flag the conditions worth acting on.

1. Open Reports for the environment and a period to see inflows and outflows by bucket, the projected path, and variance.
2. Review alerts for a projected dip below zero, a large forecast-versus-actual drift, or an overdue expected inflow.
3. Act on what an alert flags; it reads the same projection and tracker state you see on screen.
