The Cash matrix

The Cash matrix is the home surface and the single source of truth for planning. Every transaction moves through three states shown as columns, Expected, In transit, and Bank, and folds into one running balance so you see the cash path forward, date by date.

• the lens (optimistic / expected / pessimistic) sets the timing and amount basis together, so you can read the same book cautiously or hopefully;
• alerts warn when the running balance is projected to dip below a threshold you set (the mid-market demo is tuned so a large equipment purchase drives it below zero);
• the Flag column marks overdue and drifted items; scenarios you turn on overlay their what-if changes; and you can save a view (its filters, lens, and scenarios) to return to.
