Cash Horizon is a product of CloudCraft Solutions LLC ("CloudCraft," "we," "us"). This policy covers the marketing website at getcashhorizon.com. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
Only what you submit through the contact form on this site: your name, work email address, company, an optional role, and your message.
We do not operate user accounts on this site. We do not set tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
We use what you send us solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties, with one exception: the form is delivered by our email provider, Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), acting as a processor on our behalf so that your message reaches our inbox.
Contact form submissions are processed in Amazon Web Services and delivered by email to CloudCraft Solutions. They are not stored in a separate database, a CRM, or a marketing platform.
Cash Horizon is deployed into the customer's own AWS account. Financial records, forecasts, and transaction data stay inside that environment and are never transmitted to CloudCraft Solutions. Nothing in this policy applies to that data, because we never receive it.
Where a customer's own deployment is governed by a separate agreement, that agreement, not this page, sets out the terms for data in their environment.
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to follow up on the conversation they started. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time using the address below.
This policy may be updated as the product develops, including ahead of any AWS Marketplace listing. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
